I think my main criticism would be that the line quality could be cleaner and more consistent. Like for example the lines on the dog's teeth vary in thickness, as well as many lines like those in the glasses break in a bunch of places. It might help you to draw lines in one stroke, as well as being conscious of where lines are thick and thin.
